Loan Parameters: • Lending Area: Atlanta, Denver (& throughout CO), and Chicago; at this point we cannot lend outside these areas • Max Loan: $300k • Property Types: Commercial properties (office, retail, and light industrial) along with non-owner single family homes (Atlanta & Colorado only) • Loan to Value: Max 50% off the lower of the purchase price or market value (we do not lend on ARV or appraised value) • Rates: 13-15% • Points: 3-5 |
